Renfors is a very dense fabric made using a plain weave of twisted warp and weft threads. Despite its high density, this material is exceptionally soft and has a silky texture.
Fabric properties:
- Strength and durability: The fabric’s high quality is achieved through prolonged, multi-stage processing of cotton fibers. As a result, the fabric develops an especially strong structure that is not affected by numerous washes or years of use.
- Comfort: On hot summer nights, it creates a pleasantly cool sensation, while in winter it helps keep you warm.
- Hygroscopicity: The material is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture exceptionally well—up to twenty percent of its own weight. As a result, sleeping on bed linen made from this fabric does not create a “greenhouse effect”: the sleeper will never become sweaty.
- Breathability: By allowing air to pass through freely, it enables our skin to breathe.
- Wrinkle resistance: Products made from renfors barely wrinkle and always look attractive.
- Easy care: How should bed linen made from renfors be cared for? Care is quite simple: wash it from time to time, following the temperature recommended by the manufacturer. This information can be found on the labels sewn onto the set. Ironing these products is equally hassle-free.
