Terms of Agreement

Online store — a website with an address on the Internet. Product — goods offered for sale in the online store.

Client — an individual or legal entity that places an Order. Order — a duly completed request from the Client to purchase a Product.

Transport company — a third party providing delivery services for Products to Clients:

1. General Provisions

1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store, represented by the site manager, at the time the order is placed.
2. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms set out in this Agreement. The Buyer's acceptance of this agreement is confirmed by placing an order through the Online Store website.
3. Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for the Product may make a purchase in the Online Store.
4. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Accordingly, the Client undertakes to regularly monitor changes to the Terms.

2. Placing an Order

1. To place an Order, the Client must provide their actual contact details in the Online Store.
2. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Client when placing an order.
3. The Client's Order may be placed in the Online Store.
4. After the Order is placed, the Client is provided with information about the expected date of delivery of the Product to the Client.
5. If the Client places an Order for a quantity of Product greater than the quantity available from the Seller, the Seller will inform the Client by email or by telephone at the contact details provided by the Client during registration when the unavailable quantity of the Product will be available. The Client has the right to agree to accept the quantity of the Product available from the Seller or cancel this item from the Order. If the Client does not respond within 3 days of receiving the notification, the Seller reserves the right to cancel this Product from the Order.
6. The Product is presented in the catalog through sample photographs and a text description, which are the property of the Online Store.
7. The sample photographs presented contain one or more types of products of a specific name, along with textual information: a description, specifications, dimensions, the price per unit, and information about the main consumer properties of the product.
8. Some Products may differ from those shown in the photograph, including in shade, patterns on the equipment housing, housing color, etc. If the Client has any questions regarding the properties and specifications of the Product, the Client should contact the Seller before placing the Order.
9. If a prepaid Order is canceled within 1 day after prepayment, the prepayment amount will be fully refunded by the Seller to the Client using a method agreed upon by the parties. After 1 day, the Client is obliged to redeem the order.
