Renfors is a very dense fabric made using a plain weave of twisted warp and weft threads. Despite its high density, this material is exceptionally soft and has a silky texture.
Fabric properties:
- Strength and durability: The fabric's high quality is achieved through prolonged, multi-stage processing of cotton fibers. As a result, the fabric acquires an especially strong structure that is unaffected by numerous washes or years of use.
- Comfort: On hot summer nights, it creates a cool feeling, while in winter it helps keep you warm.
- Hygroscopicity: The material is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture exceptionally well—up to twenty percent of its own weight. As a result, sleeping on bed linens made from it does not create a “greenhouse effect”: the sleeper will never perspire.
- Breathability: By allowing air to pass through freely, it lets our skin breathe.
- Shape retention: Products made from renfors hardly change over time and always look attractive.
- Easy care: How should bed linens made from renfors be cared for? Care is simple: wash them from time to time, following the temperature recommended by the manufacturer. This information can be found on the labels sewn into the product. Ironing the items is just as easy.
