Renfors is a very dense fabric made by plain-weaving twisted warp and weft threads. Despite its high density, this material is exceptionally soft and has a silky texture.
Fabric properties:
- Strength and durability: the fabric's high quality is achieved through the prolonged, multi-stage processing of cotton fibers. As a result, the fabric develops an especially durable structure that is unaffected by numerous washes or years of use.
- Comfort: On hot summer nights, it creates a feeling of coolness, while in winter it helps keep you warm.
- Hygroscopicity: The material is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture exceptionally well—up to twenty percent of its own weight. As a result, sleeping on bed linen made from it does not create a “greenhouse effect”: you will never sweat while sleeping.
- Breathability: By allowing air to pass through freely, it lets your skin breathe.
- Shape retention: Products made from Renfors hardly change over time and always look attractive.
- Easy care: How do you care for bed linen made from Renfors? Care is simple: simply wash it from time to time, following the temperature recommended by the manufacturer. This information can be found on the labels sewn onto the set. Ironing these products is just as easy.
