The maximum size for a large bed. 200x220 cm is a duvet for those with a bed measuring 180x200 cm or more. On such a bed, a standard double duvet looks like a napkin: it barely covers two people and does not hang over the sides at all. The Woolly 200x220 cm duvet provides a full overhang on both sides, completely covers both sleepers and eliminates negotiations over who gets more. This is also a favorite size for those who sleep with a child or a pet — there is enough room for everyone. Warm but not heavy — and that is especially important for a large size. The larger the duvet area, the more critical its weight becomes. That is why Woolly uses a blend of 30% natural sheep wool and 70% siliconized polyester fiber. Wool provides warmth, resilience and natural temperature regulation; siliconized fiber adds volume with minimal weight. As a result, the 200x220 cm duvet has a density of 400 g/m² and provides the warmth of a full winter duvet without pressing you into the mattress or tiring your body overnight. Wool = dry warmth. Sheep wool is hygroscopic: it absorbs excess moisture from the space under the duvet and releases it outside while remaining dry. Therefore, even across a large area, no “damp zones” form — warmth is distributed evenly, without a greenhouse effect. This is especially noticeable when two people with different body temperatures sleep under the same duvet. Microfiber cover and signature finishing. Premium-quality microfiber is dense, breathable and silky-soft. Hypoallergenic and antibacterial, it does not accumulate dust, does not create an environment for dust mites and does not irritate the skin. The decorative quilting serves a particularly important function in this size — it divides the fabric into sections and prevents the filling from shifting across the large surface. Decorative piping around the entire perimeter helps maintain the shape of the edges. Reversible: milky and beige. One product — two bedroom looks. Product care Machine wash in a machine with a 7–8 kg or greater load capacity, using a delicate or wool cycle, at up to 30 °C. If your machine is smaller, it is better to use a laundromat with an industrial drum than to wash the duvet in cramped conditions. Use only mild liquid detergents; do not use bleach, chlorine or aggressive stain removers. Spin at up to 600 rpm. Dry flat in a fully spread-out position, periodically fluffing the filling by hand. Do not iron or dry on a radiator. Air outdoors in the shade twice per season. Store in a breathable textile cover in a dry place.
